One good piece of news is that we are delighted to welcome Stuart Tate, a fully qualified driving instructor, to our driving school, he has been trained by David Bradley, to the high standards that are required. This will allow us to increase our covered areas, which now include Kirkham, Lytham St. Annes and Preston, therefore we are able to offer our high quality lessons throughout the Fylde using our Audi training vehicles.
We will also be keeping you up to date with some helpful training videos which will keep you refreshed on the driving lessons whilst it isnt possible to replicate an actual lesson we hope you find them useful over the coming weeks.

However whilst learning and taking private practice with family or friends, Collingwood can offer a reasonable price for learners whilst they have vital practice between lessons.

Please ensure you attend your first lesson with both parts of your driving licence, it's a legal requirement and it may not be possible for your lesson to go ahead without these documents.

You will not be able to take your tests without both parts of the licence but if you do lose one or both parts you can apply for another, though a charge will be made.
You must be able to read a number plate from a distance of 20.5 metres in clear daylight, with or without glasses or contact lenses, if you are unsure we will be happy to visit you before your arranged lesson and give you the test, however should you fail the eyesight test before your lesson commences we regret the lesson will not go ahead.

Be prepared, no test is difficult providing you have all the preperation necessary and although you will be taught to a high standard (not just to test standard) there is no substitute for extra information, and that includes what will happen on the test days, hhere are a selction of videos that should ansewr any questions you have regarding the tests.
