I'm licensed with the Government driving vehicle standards agency DVSA same one as the Driving Examiners. I was awarded the highest grade you can achieve Grade A it was a great achievement with only a very small amount of instructors achieving this.

Unfortuantely, statistics show that new drivers of any age are more likely to have a collission within the first two years of passing their test than at any other time in their driving career.
While this is really just down to a lack of experience insurance premiums merely reflect the increased risk.
