Services
At Roads Ahead Driving School, Stuart offers drivers the benefit of his skill and experience in being a safer more competent driver.
He will show you driving techniques as used by Police Advanced Drivers.
He will explain and show you how to use 'commentary' driving to make you a more alert driver who can respond to ever changing road and traffic conditions.
This will not only make your driving smoother and safer but also more economical.
Adrian Flux Insurance Services have recognised the benfit that extra training can have and is prepared to offer upto 15% discount on policies taken out through them to any driver who has succesfully completed the Roads Ahead Driving School Advanced Assessment.
Sue Stevenson and her partner AT Cook wanted the four members of their staff who would be ferrying clients around in a number of different vehicles to receive training in driving in snow and icy conditions.
The picture to the right shows the staff with a 4 x 4 Ssangyong Rexton.
They were also using a Renault Trafic minibus and a 4 x 4 Renault Scenic.
They all received 2 days of instruction in snow and on ice covered roads and were each granted a certificate to recognise their achievements.
Sue informed me at the end of the skiing season that this had been the first year that there had been no accidents involving their staff driving around the resort and to Geneva.
