I then moved into insurance helping people sort out motor insurance claims by claiming compensation for them.
This job required technical knowledge of the law and so I studied and qualified to become a Lloyds broker.
I was constantly guiding people through the law and holding their hands through the process to provide help and comfort when they needed it.
I then moved into Reinsurance which lead me to become the training manager for the department claims department.
