As a photo is required for your licence the DVLA can use your passport photo if you have one.
If you don't have one, or you want to use a different one, this will need to be sent to the DVLA separately.
You can find costs for all licence types here.
Before you start the hazard perception part of the test, you'll be shown a short video clip about how it works before being shown a series of video clips on a computer screen.
The clips feature everyday road scenes and contain at least one developing hazard - but one of the clips will feature two developing hazards.
Tell me where you'd find the information for the recommended tyre pressures for this car and how tyre pressures should be checked.
Manufacturer's guide, use a reliable pressure gauge, check and adjust pressures when tyres are cold, don't forget spare tyre, remember to refit valve caps.
Tell me how you make sure your head restraint is correctly adjusted so it provides the best protection in the event of a crash.
The head restraint should be adjusted so the rigid part of the head restraint is at least as high as the eye or top of the ears, and as close to the back of the head as is comfortable.
Unfortuantely, statistics show that new drivers of any age are more likely to have a collission within the first two years of passing their test than at any other time in their driving career.
While this is really just down to a lack of experience insurance premiums merely reflect the increased risk.
Your initial driver training should provide you with a varied range of road and traffic conditions, however, this training often takes place on familiar roads around Reading or other areas we cover, as there are time constraints and lesson objectives to consider.
On your first lesson, you will need to print and produce your licence information.

Road Respect is about making the roads safer in North East England.
We're seeking to continue to change the culture on the roads and foster respect for the law, other road users, conditions and yourself as a road user.
I was quite a nervous driver when I began lessons with Stuart.
He was great at building my confidence and teaching me to shake off any mistakes so I could move on and improve.
He is calm, patient and friendly, and I'm.
I would like to thank you for your Patience and the lessons you gave me.
Especially the clutch balance and manoeuvres, which I could not have achieved with out you.
I cannot thank you enough for giving me the confidence to pass my test and to drive my family around.
I'm really glad I chose Stuart to get me through my test.
