Ideal for nervous or hesitant learners or if you gave up driving a manual car because you found the clutch and gears hard work?

Your drivers will learn the benefits of defensive driving techniques through one-to-one instruction for the whole course. Trainees may use their own vehicle or one of Sally's. Improve your business's Duty of Care and make savings with our bespoke eco driving Fleet Driver Training Courses.
Services
You can get in touch with us at Sally's by giving us a call on one of the numbers shown, by using the form provided, or via Facebook.
We don't work strictly to office hours, so if you don't receive a reply when calling please do leave a message.
We'll get back to you as soon as we can and this is almost always within one working day.
Please note: If you need to contact your instructor, to change or cancel a lesson for example, you should call them directly.
We may seem like a national driving school but to our customers we are a local driving school.
Sally's Driving school has locally based Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) approved driving instructors chosen for the quality of their teaching skills.
Learning to drive should be enjoyable.
Both national driving schools and local driving schools rely on word of mouth marketing, the internet and other modes of advertising.
The vast majority of our learner drivers come to Sally's as personal recommendations from previous clients, so before you say 'I do', check out Sally's Driving School, a safe bet for a successful driving experience.
If you are considering Driving Lessons or Motorcycle Lessons, before driving or riding a vehicle make sure you know the rules that apply to you.
Sally's Approved Driving Instructors (ADI) have the experience and training to teach you properly.
Learning safe driving practice from the beginning will improve not only your safety but that of other road users too.
You may practice your driving with an accompanying driver who must be over the age of 21 and must be holding a full licence, relevant to the category of vehicle you are driving for a minimum of three years.
There are strict rules regarding driver licensing and driving medical restrictions.
Any medical conditions or driving disability which could affect your driving ability must be reported by law to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
This applies to new licence applications as well as changes of circumstance.
Before you learn to drive, make sure you know the eyesight requirements.
If you need to wear glasses, corrective lenses or contact lenses to see, it's a legal requirement that you wear them each time you drive.
Sally's most popular choice - regular weekly driving lessons give you the power to control your learning and stay in budget.
A typical lesson would start at your home, college or workplace.
Sally's driving instructors will take you through the driving skills you need one-by-one until you are confident enough to pass the driving test (with flying colours).
At the end of each lesson your driving instructor will complete a driving progress report and return you to a place of your choice.
Fitting in extra hours to learn a new skill can be difficult in these hectic modern times.
